Your scope:

- Work independently and within teams on workplace interior design projects for an international clientele 

- Produce solutions from concept development up to construction documentation

- Utilize 3D technology to visualize your design ideas

- Interact with clients and communicate your design ideas

- Prepare construction drawings, furniture specifications, and other documentation required to obtain accurate cost estimates

- Attend client meetings and construction site meetings

- Deliver a professional attitude in front of clients and within the industry

Your Qualifications:

• University graduate with a background in design/architecture 
• Your scope can be adjusted to your work experience (junior, mid, senior levels are considered)
• Computer literate (Ms-office, Autocad as a minimum, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup)
• Additional 3D skills are desired (Rhino, Enscape, etc…)
• Good understanding of design and construction related aspects
• Ability to perform in a team
• Communication capability in Japanese and English (desired but not a must)

仕事内容：

• グローバル企業のオフィスデザインプロジェクトを担当し、国際的な環境で働く。
• コンセプト立案から工事中の設計監理まで、プロジェクト全体を責任を持って進める。
• 設計検討に3Dツールを活用し、アイデアを可視化する。
• クライアントと直接コミュニケーションを取り、デザイン提案を行う。
• 精度の高い見積もりを取得するための実施設計図書や家具仕様書等の資料を作成する。
• 工事期間中は現場対応や関係者との調整を行い、プロジェクトを円滑に進める。
• プロジェクトを通して、高い専門性とデザイン力を発揮する。

応募資格：

• デザイン、建築、建設関連分野の大学卒業者
• 経験に応じてジュニア／ミッド／シニアのいずれのポジションも検討可能。
• PCスキル：必須（MS Office、AutoCAD ）、歓迎（Adobe Creative Suite、SketchUp）
• 追加の 3D スキルがあれば尚可（Rhino、Enscape など）
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力　（あれば尚可）。
• デザインおよび建設に関する基本的な理解
• チームでの協働能力
