Sunset Bay

Sunset Bay is a waterfront residential development on Dubai Islands, conceived as a contemporary expression of relaxed coastal living. Valcarce Architects designed the project with a focus on light, openness, and a strong dialogue with the maritime context, creating a calm residential environment with a refined urban character.

The architecture is defined by fluid geometries, layered horizontal lines, and curved balconies, echoing the movement of the sea while maximizing views and natural daylight. Expansive glazing and generous terraces reinforce seamless indoor-outdoor living and a continuous connection to the waterfront.

The façade balances elegance and restraint through rhythm, proportion, and a light material palette that responds subtly to changing daylight. Interior layouts prioritize spatial clarity and comfort, with open-plan living areas oriented toward views and private zones designed for tranquility.

Amenity spaces are integrated as natural extensions of the architecture, supporting a holistic residential experience aligned with Valcarce Architects’ human-centric and contextual design philosophy.
