Total renovation of an office building comprising a ground floor and 7 upper floors.
The project schedules dismantling the whole of the building and retaining the existing structure. Where
energy performance is concerned, the project is oriented towards the ‘Nearly Zero Energy Building’
standard (NZEB) via renewable production, aand obtained BREEAM Excellent certification. The transformed
building has a total surface area of 6,527 sqm above ground and 106 parking spaces.
