NANO was engaged to provide schematic design and renderings for this 10-story mixed-use building.It will include retail on the first floor and either condos or hotel rooms in the floors above. Sited on historic St. Charles Avenue, it offers quick easy access to the CBD, Uptown, I-10 and streetcar. Located one block from Lee Circle, the Mardi Gras parades will go right by the front of the building.
Glass enclosed balconies speak of clean, sleek, and modern design, while the brick façade references a more historic era and allows the building to seamlessly blend into the existing fabric of the neighborhood.
