This multi-family housing development at 1478-1484 Tremont Street sets a new precedent for market-rate housing on Mission Hill, infilling an underutilized site, building upon the residential character of the neighborhood, and strengthening the commercial nature of Tremont Street. The 66-unit project, with three stories of apartments over ground floor retail and covered parking, is broken down into two building volumes which define a central courtyard to provide common outdoor space for residents.
