The Project site is located in the downtown area of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. The site is only a few steps away from the Shenyang North Railway Station. The total floor area is 20,000 sqm, which includes: Art Street: 13,000 sqm, HB Art Museum: 3000 sqm and Song Art Museum: 4000 sum. The building 1height was limited within 24 m for avoiding certain high-rise building regulation, mini-missing the waste of given floor area.
