Centrally located in Flims, a renowned skiing destination, a new timber-clad apartment building has been created in the heart of the old town.
The design of this previously underperforming sales apartment building resulted in an upgraded property, featuring sophisticated public areas and two new, unique turnkey apartments — which served as the sales prototypes for the building's remaining units. To this end, the two apartments were fully built out, furnished, and styled.
The interior uses traditional materials and interprets these in a contemporary, unexpectedly fresh, and at the same time, comfortable way.
The custom furnishings and interior finishes resulted in a modern state-of-the-art living.
