Office building Gamma
Za Brumlovkou 266/2, Prague, Tsjechië
This office building is the second part of BBcenter development – south part, characterised by large green areas and respect for environmental impacts. The complex shape of the premises corresponds to the building's size of ten above ground and three underground floors. Its immediate location near the road means visibility for the tenants but noise burden from the high-capacity road. Gamma consistently solved the noise reflection from the building to the opposite block of apartments with a sound-absorbing facade including a curved ground floor articulated to the individual scales.
