Sparkasse Erding-Dorfen: Perspective Alois-Schießl-Platz

A new face for the Kreis- und Stadtsparkasse Erding-Dorfen by reconstruction and extension of the main branch in Erding.
Just like the previous building from 1983, the project isbuilt on a Z-shaped ground plan with a forecourt and inner courtyard. The first floor rests on the existing two-story underground parking garage, followed by two upper floors and the final staggered floor. With our planning, we gave the Sparkasse Erding a new, contemporary layout that reflects the importance of the location within the urban fabric. The main expression of this is the facade.
