Camerich Beijing Campus Dormitory

This project involves the renovation of dormitories within a campus, retaining the original building mass and layout. The spaces were transformed into single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms, designed to accommodate young designers and artists residing on the campus. Each dormitory is equipped with a private, integrated bathroom, including separate areas for washing and showering. The exterior facade was updated using grey bricks, consistent with other renovations in the park.
