KUBA & VAHEDI AG

KUBA & VAHEDI is an international architecture firm founded in 2016 by Jan Kubasiewicz and Sheida Vahedi, based in Zurich and Brussels.

Over the years, our activity has focused strongly around residential, hotel and spa projects. Work spaces, active areas and individual furniture pieces are also part of our daily creations. Our realisations are individually developed to suit our clientele, each with their own particularities. We always start from a strong concept, which is used as a guiding principle throughout each project. We design, develop and supervise every project from A to Z.

Besides a unique and timeless design, it is our conviction that our buildings and creations should above all be ecologically responsible and forward thinking. As architects, our task is to build a sustainable future and think progressively. We live in a time of overconsumption. The construction industry - mostly unknowingly - contributes to a supply chain that is widely polluting. Therefore, we actively seek forward-looking solutions that we can apply with conviction.

Kuba & Vahedi has therefore specialised in building with innovative and non-polluting materials and construction methods. By using regenerative, bio-based and CO2-neutral materials as much as possible, our buildings are sustainable and healthy. We prefer to use circular building systems to reduce or avoid waste.

In our signature style, we apply this philisophy in all our projects. For many years, innovative and high-quality realisations have been values we stand for. Eye for detail, precision in design but also timing and budgeting are for us the foundations on which we build.
