2025 was the second year that World-Architects presented Buildings of the Week from around the world. The votes cast a year ago led the Nokha Village Community Centre in the Indian state of Rajasthan, designed by Mumbai's Sanjay Puri Architects, to be crowned Building of the Year. Who will win this year? Projects in the running are a diverse lot, ranging from temporary structures in Italy, Saudi Arabia, and Spain and museums in China, Egypt, and the United States, to office buildings in Mexico, the Netherlands, and Poland and cultural venues in Canada, the Czech Republic, India, and Ireland—and many more!

Visit the voting page here to cast a vote for your favorite project by Saturday, January 31. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, February 3 on our website and in our World English Newsletter.

There were also 50 buildings from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland featured as Bau des Woche on the D-A-CH platforms. Visit Swiss-Architects to cast your vote for the Bau des Jahres.
