The building has suffered several renovations over the time, the last of which dates back to aboutfifteen years ago. The original layout was characterized by two distinct volumes that had been related to each other by a connection made of structural glass.
The two volumes were originally intended for a small theater room and a residential building respectively. Our project, keeps the distribution scheme of the plant unchanged and works on the redefinition of the individual internal and external spaces, through the introduction of architectural elements, furnishings and the search for finishes capable of expressing an idea of spirituality
