The Zara.com Headquarters adds over 60,000 m² to Inditex’s Arteixo complex, presenting a sober, vertical volume that balances functionality with elegance. Its flexible workspaces, featuring generous ceiling heights and bright relaxation areas, ensure comfort and a high-quality indoor environment, while remaining adaptable to the company’s current and future needs.

Organised across five floors of 90 × 90 m, the building comprises two expansive, high-ceilinged work areas, complemented by support and service zones located along the sides and centre of each floor.

Zara.com’s headquarters employs passive design strategies alongside advanced technology to minimise energy demand. Photovoltaic pergolas supply 45% of the building’s energy, while efficient LED lighting, climate control systems, rainwater reuse, and recycled materials contribute to a net-zero water balance and LEED Platinum certification.

Additionally, a forest of 350 trees has been planted across 23,000 m² of landscaped areas, improving air quality, enhancing water infiltration, and offsetting CO₂ emissions. The development is further supported by a new cycle lane and a car park for over 600 vehicles with a photovoltaic canopy, promoting energy efficiency and integrating the complex seamlessly into its natural and urban surroundings.
