BBC Residence and Office Park are the ‘second stratum‘ of the extension and revitalisation of the urban character of a non-urban environment within the area disintegrated by the highway (5. května street). Houses located in the second line behind are protected from the direct effects of main roads; they have operable windows, residential housing may be built here. The volumes‘ scale becomes smaller towards the original development in Baarova (street); a rather generous park is built together with the house here.
