Luz del Moncayo new residence
Barrio de las Cruces, Malón, Espagne
The residence is allocated to social care of older people who mostly can fend for themselves and is provided by a unit for care of people suffering from physical or mental disability.
The building is on one floor and it facilitate movement between the different rooms and promoting contact with the outside gardens.
Inside there are two sectors, the area day and night area, separated from each other by courtyards lighting and ventilation maximizing natural light throughout the day.
