K8 is an innovative mixed-use office tower in Stavanger's central business district, aiming to enhance urban development. This 16-floor building, near Stavanger Central Station, features 15,000 m2 of flexible space. The building is BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certified.

Including public areas on the ground and top floors, connecting with the city and offering stunning views of the cityscape and fjord means that K8 contributes to the city with a building where sustainability and creative work environments are top priorities.

The two first floors of the tower welcome public programs, including a café, restaurant, canteen, lobby, flexible performance spaces, and multifunctional exhibition and event spaces that take place around a large amphitheatre staircase. Floors 3 and underground (U1) house the church currently located on the site. Floors 4 to 12 and 14 to 15 offer open and bright office space, with dramatic 360 views of the city. The 13th floor offers conference facilities, while the top floor includes restaurants, bars, and public space with incredible views of the city and the fjord.
