This proposal strikes to provide a functional and flexible equipment that is not only respectful to the urban environment but adaptable to it by contemporary reinterpretation of arcaded spaces that characterize the former Marine Hospital. The new Torremolinos CHAR device is inserted as efficient care, which enhances the institutional and symbolic of the new buildings of the Andalusian public health. The canter offers rehabilitation areas, withdrawals, radiology, primary care, day hospital and surgical site.
