Masterplans for Post-Conflict Reconstruction with positioning and development vision, urban design solutions and key building designs
As the winner of an international tender, sa_partners has been commissioned by the State Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Azerbaijan, as part of a UN Habitat initiative, to develop a master plans for the med-sized city in the East Zangezur Economic Region. The master plans will support Azerbaijan's net-zero and sustainability ambitions, and exemplify the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
Collaboration: sa_partners (lead) and international specialists in architecture, mobility and communication.
