Sun Island Rehabilitation
Sun Island is a major tourist destination for Chinese and Russian tourists alike. WAA’s mandate included the contemporary rehabilitation of the 80 hectare park including the design of a dozen themed areas including a music garden, green river, flower garden, water games for children and relaxation areas for families. The project respects the historical, cultural and ecological significance of this national landmark and provides visitors with year-round activities.
