Corporate Data Hub
In a fragmented urban context, where buildings struggle to engage in dialogue, the project for the new Data Center in Brescia emerges as the seed of a new heartbeat: not merely an architectural volume, but a living system of relationships. Its starting point is not the building itself, but the park, which becomes the generative matrix. Nature flows through the volumes, envelops them, climbs along the floors, and orchestrates solids and voids, light and shadow, shaping spaces designed to encourage encounters, pauses, and perspectives.
Located on Via Milano, a historic industrial axis now undergoing urban regeneration, the project reinterprets a complex and layered setting. The building is not only a corporate headquarters, but also a catalyst for new connections between business, city, and landscape, contributing to the redefinition of the area’s identity.
Compact and stratified across four levels, the volume has been designed to preserve balance and proportion, minimize land use, and give space back to the landscape. A calibrated shift of the building footprint frees a wide green area, transformed into an accessible park: not a private enclosure, but a new place of passage and social interaction, offered to the city.
In an area long marked by industrial pressure, the project introduces a principle of balance: from production to urban life, from opacity to porosity. It embodies a paradigm shift, capable of regenerating not only functions but also symbols and meanings, proposing an architecture centered on nature, relationships, and community.
