Sweating in the sense of reduction and devotion to detail.
A sheltered entrance area creates a sense of calm and contemplation within the interior of the tiny sauna, crafted to fine joinery standards. Thoughtful details such as vertical slats provide privacy from the outside while still allowing views out—much like the skylight, which brings in light and a connection to the surroundings. Reduction, design, and regional craftsmanship come together in this project to form a well-balanced and cohesive whole.

With our modern single-family home featuring elements of country-house style, we were able to convince the jury of the BIG SEE Architecture Awards 2024.
