This office was designed under the concept of “threads woven into a single fabric,”symbolizing individuality coming together to form a unified organization.
In this project, the design focused on creating a flexible and open environment that nurtures both resilience and adaptability in response to societal change, while also fostering a culture that encourages new challenges.
As part of this project, barriers between departments were intentionally removed to encourage more active and spontaneous communication. Portions of the space adopt an Activity-Based Working (ABW) approach, allowing employees to choose work settings according to their tasks. This thoughtful zoning enables both focused individual work and collaborative interaction by effectively managing noise levels.
At the heart of the office, a newly created café space serves as a communal hub. Suspended from the ceiling is a custom-designed light fixture inspired by woven fabric, acting as a symbolic centerpiece. The space is unified by a calm, refined color palette and features flexible furniture arrangements and adjustable lighting, enabling it to support a wide range of uses—from lunch breaks and relaxation to informal collaboration, learning, and social gatherings.
