This is an urban residence with a basement + 2 stories above ground, taking advantage of the difference in elevation of the site. It features a mixed structure of wood, concrete, and steel. The concrete wall from the basement is extended and used as a wall surrounding the first floor. By building a nested wooden two-story structure inside the wall, privacy is ensured. The first floor, where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are located, is a dynamic 74m2 one-room structure built using a combination of basic axial construction methods and steel beams. A 48m2 terrace in the northeast corner, accessible from both the kitchen and the living room, functions as a comfortable private space in continuity with the interior. In contrast to the calm exterior, the interior of this open house is filled with light, wind, and a sense of connection with the outdoors.
