The villa sees the reworking of the archetypal country cottage in a contemporary key.
The conformation remains on two floors and sees dialogue with the context as the building's main strong point.
The large windows extend the generous interior space towards the lake, pushing the view to infinity.
The structure also re-imagines the idea of the tool shed, bringing it back to the 21st century and characterising it as a garage for classic cars.
The large building enjoys optimal exposure to the outside with a focus on the use of the portico as a stylistic feature of rural architecture.
