Refurbishment of the 1908 art nouveau Villa Lake View in
St. Gallen. A direct new gangway-connection from the upper street (Schneebergstrasse) was added to the prominent house on the
hill. To the six existing and gently renovated apartments, two new penthouses and one base floor apartment were added. The refurbish- ment was realized in close collaboration with the cultural heritage preservation department of St. Gallen.
