Mixed-use / residential. This building is currently being built in the heart of the historical town of La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland. Due to the sheer magnitude of the project, every aspect of its development has been carefully planned so that, both in form and function, it interacts in the most respectful way regarding its environment as well as making the best use of the space available. The aim is to provide excellent living spaces in terms of height, layout, light, sustainable development, human interactions and privacy.
