The T-Home Campus is located at the Friedrich Ebert Allee in Bonn vis-a-vis the Telekom Headquarters. The site has a longitudinal extension of 400 m for which a masterplan has been evolved, comprising 5 office cubes and a high rise building as a landmark at the important traffic junction to the south bridge over the Rhine.
The precise cubes each on a square groundfloor define a strong street profile for the alley with it´s continuous 6 story height. Towards the living village in the east the cubes decrease their altitude in order to get a smooth transition to the small scaled residential houses located in the neighbourhood. Thus the function of the green courtyards, each 21 x 35 m, combines the gradual transition as well as a good open space quality fort he employees.
The Cubes repetetive facade follows the clients demand for highly flexibel offices spaces. Board offices, with boardroom and new Casino complete the realized room schedule. A spacios ribbon made of a transparent steel-gals-construction connects the cubes on ground floor.
The facade provides a good supply with day light orientated work places, which in combination with a harmonic propotioned room structures create a freely configurable well-spaced office area.
