St. Joseph + Yonge

With many of Toronto’s condominium buildings running the length of Bay Street to the East, and the pedestrian and tourist area of Yonge Street to its West, this development utilizes the historic brick warehouse façade on St. Joseph as its main entrance, preserving the historic fabric of the neighborhood. Rising from this original brick façade is an elegant 46-storey glass tower with sensitive contiguous glass curves.
