A multi-unit housing project on a corner lot within a densely built-up residential neighborhood of detached houses. Typically, corner lots allow for protruding volumes due to relaxed legal form restrictions. However, this project achieves both commercial viability and a pleasant living environment while respecting the surrounding context through its V-shaped open plan and the resulting central patio. It creates a new urban landscape and richly spaced open areas within the city.
