The single-family house Im Moos was built in 1968 by architect Hans Kuhn for a civil engineer and his family. In the region, Hans Kuhn was also responsible for projects such as the Villnachern school building. His work reflects the restrained Scandinavian modernism that was gaining a foothold in Switzerland at the time: clear lines contrast with generous use of spruce and oak, while coarse plaster surfaces meet exposed concrete with a distinctly readable board texture.
