One Agile Way of Working in ING
Workplace design. The one Way of Working defines 4 units (Delivery, Sales, Service and Support). They differ in the level of interaction. These differences are taken into account in the Orange Workplace: the agile teams work in a collaborate home base with more dynamics on the open office floor and the more processed work (less or non-agile) takes place in a more quiet home base for individual work.
