The latest concept in downtown Zürich is serving fresh, eclectic interior design and Hawaiian Poke Bowls.
Structured linearly, the interior shell has been taken back to an industrial style.
The paper chain on the ceiling, containing 6000 individual lights, is a key element in the staging.
Pale-green marble with a wave-pattern and palm motifs instill a south sea atmosphere.
