Conversion of various ground-floor premises for use as hotel rooms
The grätzlhotel is part of a new urban scene. “Think globally, act locally” – that is the guiding principle behind the district-specific urbanity of the grätzlhotel. When designing the suites, the architects (BWM Architekten: grätzlhotel karmelitermarkt and grätzlhotel meidlinger markt / Kohlmayr Lutter Knapp: grätzlhotel belvedere) attached great value to each room being a cosy, peaceful refuge for its guests, despite being directly connected with urban life through its location on the ground floor. The suites resemble small flats, and they reflect their surroundings, with local elements embedded in tasteful, quality design. The suites of the grätzlhotel have all modern conveniences and are as individual as the guests who stay in them.
