A minimal palette of smooth white planes and indirect lighting articulate this interior for a Doctor’s surgery. The planar composition is considered and measured; floating ceilings define the corridor, entranceway and reception area - and in so doing disseminate an elongated cross, a subtle reference to the medical profession.
The ambience generated is calm and orderly, the treatment to the main corridor, both arresting and assured. The vertical wall elements at either end deliver a mild compression of space; the volumetric containment is well proportioned, the dual focal point quietly animating the scheme, creating a welcoming environment throughout.
