Optimizing, smoothing, eliminating waste, removing barriers, communicating. The cornerstones of Lean Production, at the base of the corporate organization of this small excellence in the Northeast of Italy, trigger the design of the new offices: the hierarchies of the spaces change, the code word is transparency, everyone should be able to see what the other is doing.
