Just 25 m² small, but in the center of Salzburg. Here, a couple, their children or friends of the family enjoy the Salzburg Festival or simply a weekend in the city.
The goal was to get the maximum out of the mini space - despite the tiny dimensions we didn't make any compromises. Or any hallways. The opening onto the balcony was made as big as possible. Highest quality craftsmanship and precision were fundamental prerequisites in the project. The cost per square meter was high. Thus the resulting space feels twice its actual size.
