Apartment der Zukunft
The end of January 2018 brings the opening of two “Future Apartments” in Unna. JOI-Design was one of four project partners and the visionary creative director for these extended-stay residences whose concepts are a “seismograph of trends” revealing the needs of tomorrow’s travellers today.
Two target groups have been considered: the Studio Apartment (28m²) introduces younger markets to a high-functioning, experiential realm (Comic world), while the One Bedroom Apartment (40m²) offers discerning individualists a top-quality, streamlined canvas to realise their own style.
Both apartments are multifunctional, efficient and flexibly equipped with technical finesse that intelligently supports temporary living in an unfamiliar locale. Despite the limited size, all residents’ needs are met for their “home away from home”.
