The Total Perspective

BFA has conceptualized a new apartment building between Berlin’s district of Pankow’s public summer pool and the Schlosspark (Palace Gardens). In order to do justice to the lush, attractive, overall green location, the building has been developed on all sides, which allows for viewing of the beautiful surroundings. The balconies of the building are large and deep, yet staggered, and give the facade a light, airy appearance. The multi-directional orientation continues inside. The barrier-free and family-friendly apartments are designed in such a way that various perspectives are possible – depending on the viewpoint, it is possible to glimpse the entire apartment at once.
