obermoser + partner architekten zt gmbh, based in Innsbruck, was founded in 2020 by Johann Obermoser, Thomas Gasser, Alexander Gastager, and Christoph Neuner. With a team of around 20 professionals, the office applies an interdisciplinary approach to projects of various scales, ranging from conceptual studies to complex architectural assignments.

Our focus explores architectural and spatial boundaries, aiming to translate ideas and functions into their most fitting form. The design process is intensively engaging with site, programme, and context, with a precise focus on essential aspects. Our goal is to create architecture that blends spatial quality, functional clarity and constructive precision.

Projects are developed with a strong awareness of context – both urban and natural – in harmony with human scale and with a responsible approach to the environment and resources. The aim is to create authentic architecture that is rooted in its regional context whilst maintaining an open, over regional perspective.

Our range of activities extends from feasibility studies and conceptual investigations to competitions and design processes, and from planning to the realisation of building projects – from individual buildings to comprehensive master planning at different scales and briefs.

Our projects have been featured in architectural publications, received national and international recognition.
