Sky Villa – a stand-alone Villa experience in apartment building

The proposal has received 2nd Prize for Marissa Duplex Apartment International Competition held by Alsalimi Co. Ltd., a developer from Saudi Arabia.

The design intends to offer people an experience of living in a stand-alone villa while occupying an apartment building. With this aim, all the units are stacked upon one another in a stepped form to maximize the area of private terrace of each unit. The elevated duplex apartments with large and even multiple terraces resembles what we called a Sky Villa.
