This multi-family building with five condominiums is situated on a hillside in the Ergolz Valley, in a quiet residential area. The two-story structure, with its recessed penthouse and ground floor, is articulated by its L-shape, featuring two sloping sides and a staggered volume. The building maintains an appropriate scale and integrates seamlessly into the surrounding, predominantly small-scale neighborhood.

The light-filled stairwell with elevator is located at the heart of the building, connecting the various sections. This creates interesting multi-level spaces and visual connections. Each apartment culminates in an open-plan living/dining area with an adjoining covered patio. Bedrooms and ancillary rooms are arranged around this central access point.

The exterior materials reinforce the volumetric concept. The terrazzo-effect plaster lends the closed wall surfaces a strong sense of depth. While the window openings on the main floors are regularly spaced, pairs of windows are grouped together with smooth, color-matched plaster surfaces, and the fabric blinds are also coordinated with the window color. The resulting staggered bands emphasize the horizontal lines and add dynamism to the facade.
