The construction industry is responsible for a large part of the climate-damaging emissions and the global consumption of resources. It is therefore worthwhile to turn this mega screw vigorously. The minimum requirement must be that construction and operation do not emit more pollutants than are bound. This general goal of building is as important today as the aesthetic debate once was, and will ultimately produce a new kind of beauty.

Between the Tyrolean Zillertal and the Salzburg Pinzgau, a guest house with 450 beds was built at 1,600 meters above sea level, which is perfectly tailored to its young clientele. Unpretentious and raw in execution, it focuses on the essentials: diverse spatial possibilities for social gatherings.
