Inhale sports studio design objective was to create a balanced free space, that is flexible to change the type of activity and equipment inhabiting the space, this balance becomes manifest in material assembly and relations.
Such interior provides a space of surfaces, floor, ceiling, and walls from only one side of each. Walls kept a neutral status being painted in white and as a space to mount tools and equipment, yet one wall is covered fully with a mirror actively being a spatial extension, the walls status of neutrality allows the tension between natural and industrial materials to emerge from the relation between the wood floor surface and the concrete ceiling with exposed hardware.
