The demolition of an old factory between two streets produced a new urban space near the sea: Plaça Ovidi Montllor. The new facility serves to lay out the square, standing opposite a new municipal building. The health centre overlooks the new square. It is separated from adjacent constructions, creating a courtyard that leads up to the building. A brickwork lattice porch which provides privacy and protection from the sun and a sculptural pillar that supports the building constitute this abstract volume.
