Building of 123 small-format flats in an 85m high tower. The project focuses on maximising the two main viewing directions from each apartment while of vision, while responding to the the requirement to generate an equivalent terrace in each flat and to have common lobbies and lifts with views of the city, on a site of very restrictive dimensions. The tower sits on a plinth of car parks and communal spaces. The social spaces are arranged on a differentiated intermediate floor that divides the tower into two parts.
