The V-shaped office building protected by a sloped green roof with terraces towards the riverfront is part of the emerging Prague DOCK office park designed by Schindler Seko architects.
Thanks to its cascading shape each floor offers terraces and views towards the marina placed into the bay of the Vltava river. the building offers office and commercial space in a total of 6 receding floors and two underground car park levels for the tenant's employees. The building was designed to meet sustainable environmental standards - certified as LEED Gold.
