Single House Casa Di Pietro
Toscana, Italy
Casa di Pietro is an architectural homage to Alpine clarity and Mediterranean sensuality – nestled on a rocky hillside with sweeping views over the valley. The project combines raw materials with poetic spatial design, celebrating the powerful presence of natural stone as a central element.
Studioforma's architecture interprets living as a quiet retreat – characterised by light, shadow and tectonic precision. Solid stone walls give the building its monolithic appearance, while strategically placed openings create a dialogue between inside and outside.
The reduced material canon – stone, concrete, wood – creates a timeless atmosphere in which architecture and landscape merge into one. Large windows open up the interior spaces to nature, yet careful zoning ensures that they remain intimate.
