A small hotel in downtown Ryogoku, with a front desk and cafe on the first floor and guest rooms on the second through fourth floors. 3 rooms per floor, 9 rooms in total, but with a capacity of 5 people per room to accommodate groups of friends or families. The maximum height of the RC wall structure is 3500mm, which allows for a bunk bed system, making it possible to accommodate five people in a limited area. In order to accommodate the recent increase in the number of inbound visitors to Japan as well as longer stays by families in Japan, a mini-kitchen has been installed in the guest room and a laundry room in the tower building.
