Azurest Legacy

Perched on a sloping hill in Sag Harbor's historic SANS community, our Azurest Legacy project integrates latent passive technology while harmonizing with the environment. Stacked parallelograms make efficient use of the tight corner site, their rhythm responding to the natural qualities of the landscape. This effect of dynamic rising gives the building a celebratory air; a link between the treasured history of the neighborhood and the energy of new design.
